Summer, summer, summertime

As I recent grad being unemployed, I have been trying to enjoy the summer, which may be my last, while looking for jobs. So far it's been pretty awesome doing nothing but I have a feeling in another month that fun will wear off. I have been trying to keep busy with Chelsea Handler's books which, I don't know if I believe they are for real, she is HILARIOUS and I have literally been cracking up, at least through the 1st one.

Ran into my high school today, my mom used to work there so I have a lot of people I love still there, and just got a good feeling seeing everyone now that I've graduated! Mom interviewing to go back to that school Monday and everyone there has their fingers crossed for us! Ran up to moms school now, she was having a tough day so I wanted to let her know all the love I got for her from the high school.

I am SO addicted to Real Housewives so I CAN'T wait for the 2nd part of the RHONYC reunion tonight and a new episode of the RHONJ. I loved Bethenny Frankel's new show, to my surprise, and have always been such a fan, but I am kind of sick of the NYC housewives. The ladies have been bitching at each other for what 3 seasons now, enough may be enough. The New Jersey housewives are always entertaining and I can't wait to see what drama is going to happen tonight. More to come.............

I'm Not Dead

Alrighty ladies, I'm guessing no one is looking for my blog anymore but I'm BACK!! Being a recent graduate and unemployed gives me a fantastic reason to start blogging about random things in my life again. I've had probably the best year to date in a long time thus far and would love to spread that kind of energy with the blog sphere or whatever......couple of tidbits

• Graduated College
• Cut my hair off (OK big deal to me)
• Got stellar recommendations to grad school and I am sorting through a few possibilities
• Mom has a new boyfriend (ugh I do like him but I call him "weirdo")
• Sister has finished nursing school
• Adventured to Florida with my 2 bests
• While in Florida Caught up with the whole family of one of my oldest friends which was fab
• Enjoying possibly my last summer because I will most likely be working for the rest of my life
• Randomly met Katherine McPhee at a concert......told her I voted for her on American Idol....shhhhhhhhh I didn't

I promise I promise that more is to come TOMORROW........so if anyone in the area is still interested then I will be here!!!

Why hello all, or not all, I've neglected my blog so much I doubt anyone even reads this mess anymore. Well part of my new years resolution is to keep up with everything in my life, basically keep up with life. I know it's a lot but this year with graduating college and all the potential the year has I am pretty determined to stay focused and together this year. I had a very good 2009 and am looking forward to this year in so many ways. I of course have a fitness goal along with everyone else and this means keep moving, I LOVE LOVE LOVE Jillian Michael's and her attitude about fitness and her methods on The Biggest Loser. I love that I can buy her fitness DVDs and have her in my room every day. She kicks my ass but you know it feels good when my knees are shaking afterward. Let's make this a good year, a year when everything comes together for the better!!!

well hello bloggers,

I've officially finished my last fall semester of my undergrad therefore I may actually have time to pay more attention to this online journal I've been neglecting. I woke up today to about 6 inches of snow outside my window, which is fine for a Saturday, but I work in a hospital so we don't close. There was no way I was going to make it with the lovely weather idiots calling for 2 feet by the time I got off work. I went back to sleep and woke up to the smell of homemade cookies being baked and fresh coffee......gotta love moms!!!! So I've been spending the day organizing my room, finding old funny notes from high school and middle school, and watching silly movies......gotta love snow days!!! Hope everyone has their Christmas shopping done, I don't!!!!

alright here's the 411 on my life these day: I go to school, I go to the library, and I go out with friends on the weekends......that's about it. Going through my senior year of college is a lot more than I initially thought it would be. It's a lot more involvement and work then I ever thought it would have been. I've been holed up in the library a lot lately doing homework and research and then going home and sleeping and then doing it all over again. I've been going out basically once or twice a weekend and having drinks and having good fun with my loves, and then it's back to the grind come Sunday or Monday. I've been looking into a lot of graduate programs and even law school still, so figuring out the applications and deadlines has been eating my time as well. I've decided to get an enhancement on my Lasik surgery, which is going to suck but is TOTALLY worth it. Finding time for that is hard too but I'm trying to figure all of this out ASAP......WOW. It's Thursday so I have one more class then home to get some wine and relax tonight and start my weekend THANK GOD!!! Promise more updates and explanations on fun adventures soon!!
